Volume 58 is closed for submissions as of now. If you are interested in submitting scholarly works for consideration, please check back in February 2026.
Manuscripts should be double-spaced and use footnotes rather than endnotes. Text and citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation and the Chicago Manual of Style. The Connecticut Law Review encourages the use of gender-neutral language.
The Connecticut Law Review does not accept submissions by students enrolled at schools other than the University of Connecticut School of Law, but does accept submissions from legal professionals and educators from any institution, practice area, etc. Content need not be specific to the state of Connecticut.
